Favorite Links

I want to take a time out from politics for a moment to discuss the section of this site titled Favorite Links. These alphabetically listed links are websites that I visit from time to time. As I come across other web sites that I find interesting, I will include them. I encourage you to visit these websites.

Ann Coulter is a political commentary and the author of five New York Times bestsellers. She is an unabashed conservative. Her style is cut and burn and she is not for the politically squeamish.

Calvert County is the website of the Maryland County where I live.

Chesapeake Market Place is a website for the Chesapeake Marketplace and Auction House, which deals in antiques and collectibles. If you are into auctions, antiques and collectibles, than you need to visit this site.

Free Republic is my favorite website. Free Republic mainly lists various news stories and the comments on these stories by various Freepers. If you want to find out what the mainstream media is not telling you, than visit this site.

Grand Old Party USA is an excellent site. This site provides links to conservative columnists and pundits, as well as GOP and conservative political news.

Laura Ingraham is a political pundit, best-selling author, and conservative talk show host. She is similar to Ann Coulter, using her brand of sarcastic wit in order to ridicule the leftists.

Mark Levin – perhaps the best radio talk show host next to Rush Limbaugh. He takes no prisoners. He is extremely intelligent especially concerning the United States Constitution. He is also a best-selling author of two books with a third coming out next year.

The Maryland Small Arms Range is a website to a business that specializes in law enforcement equipment and supplies. They also have a gun range where if you own a firearm you can practice or you can rent a firearm and practice in order to become comfortable with a particular firearm.

My Genealogy Home Page is a site I created through Family Tree Maker, listing my family tree. This is a work in progress and seriously needs updating. It is still interesting and I urge you to visit Family Tree Maker if you are curious about your own family tree.

NFL Reference is for the football geek. If you are interested in team histories, players, and stats concerning professional football, then you need to visit this site.

No Compromise is the site of the band by the same name or NoCo. I know the drummer/song-writer of this band and their music is good. They are trying to break into the big time so visit this site and give them your support.

Regular Folks is a new link I recently added. This is a new blog started by Marylander Lori Roman and it’s a great meeting place for people who refuse to be silenced by the media, academia, or the entertainment industry. Please visit this site and support Lori Roman.

Ron Miller is another new link. Ron Miller is a rising star in Southern Maryland Republican politics. This site provides his insights and opinions, allowing you to comment.

Rush Limbaugh – what can I say? Without him, conservatism would most likely be dead. Ronald Reagan provided him the opportunity when his administration eliminated the Fairness Doctrine. After that, Rush took off and the vast majority of radio talk show hosts today – from the left and the right – owe their success to him. Whether you agree or disagree with him, if you spend time listening to his program, you will find out information that the mainstream media will not report on.

Sean Hannity is another popular radio talk show host and best-selling author. He supports the troops – as Vice President Richard Cheney would say – big time! Moreover, I believe, without him, we would not know anything about William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, ACORN, or anything else concerning Senator Barack Hussein Obama.

Saint John Vianney Catholic Church is the church I attend. This site provides information and links concerning the Catholic faith, the good works performed by this particular church, and links to the Washington, DC Archdiocese.
